Group Therapy
Peer-supported recovery in a safe, encouraging community environment
The Power of Shared Experience
Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to connect with others who understand your struggles and can offer support, encouragement, and practical insights from their own recovery journeys.
Led by licensed therapists, our groups create a safe space where you can practice new skills, receive feedback, and build the social connections that are essential for lasting recovery.
We follow the Living in Balance curriculum, an evidence-based and widely recognized program that supports structured, skill-building, and relapse-prevention work in group settings.
